Afterglow Plume Microwave Cavity

Welcome to the P2M Research team's website

The P2M team specializes in the study of non thermal plasma, the design of plasma reactors and plasma diagnostics. The team is also involved in the study of thin film deposition, with particular emphasis on surface modification, functionnalization, and the development of new applications of cold plasma for microfabrication processes.

The team was originally known as GéPIFRéM (Process Engineering of Reactive Fluids-Materials Interactions Laboratory UPRES EA n° 3571), before joining the Institute of Electronics Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (UMR CNRS 8520) at the University of Lille 1 as the Plasma Processes and Materials research group.
